Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Your 3-day free trial starts immediately after signing up — no payment information required. You can add a payment method if you decide to subscribe.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven't added a payment method, your account will enter a limited state. Your data is retained for 30 days so you can easily resubscribe without losing history.
Do you offer family or multi-year discounts?
Annual billing discounts (2 months free) and family bundles are coming soon. Contact sales@cylux.co for current enterprise discount arrangements.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
