Cylux Child currently supports Android devices running Android 8.0 (Oreo) or higher. iOS support using Apple's Screen Time API and FamilyControls framework is in active development. The parent app and web dashboard work on any device or browser.
Setup takes under 60 seconds. Create your account, install the Cylux Child app on your child's device, enter the pairing code shown in your dashboard, and you're done. No technical knowledge required.
No. Your child doesn't need an account or email address. Cylux uses a one-time device pairing code to link their device to your parent account. Everything is managed through your parent dashboard.
Yes. Your Cylux account can manage multiple child devices simultaneously — the number depends on your plan. Basic supports 1 device, Premium supports 3, Premium Plus supports 5, and Enterprise supports unlimited devices.
Cylux uses Android Device Policy (MDM) to protect itself from being uninstalled. The app is registered as a Device Admin, which means it cannot be removed without the parent's explicit authorization code.
